04-09-2019

September 04 – 2018 :  Universal Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of the new website for 321 Gang Inc. The work commenced on April 11th. 2018 and concluded with the site launch on 4th. September 2018.

321 Gang helps organizations improve their ability to design and develop mission-critical Systems and Software. The company is headed by their fearless  CEO Pat McDermott, an expert in Agile Methods and Continuous Engineering. The company is an IBM Partner.

Before commencement of this project, 321 Gang had amassed  a vast collection of content comprising videos, podcasts, webinars, write-ups and an impressive collection of images and stories of their business activities in their then website. However, the website had not kept up-to-date with newer and more powerful online business tools and techniques. 321 Gang wanted to retain much of their content while advancing to a new website.

The new website was designed to incorporate key selected new ways of promoting the company’s business online. With Doug Stewart, Director of Services and Chris Caldwell, their newly appointed Marketing Manager at the helm, they collaborated with Zai Sarkar, Project Manager and his team at Univeral Solutions to port all content over into a new framework more capable of taking advantage of the newer technologies now available.

Over four months of the project, the team not only reorganized the data into a more user-friendly structure and added new facilities like Online Chat, Email marketing integration, advanced data collection, better performance and security.

Migration to the new website was done on 30 th September 2018.

321 Gang is pleased with the new website and  the teamwork of Universal Solutions. They have retained the services of Universal Solutions for maintenance, updates and support of their web initiatives.
